Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the GKSeason platform — Goalkeeper Training Management ("the Service"), accessible at gkseason.it, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

GKSeason is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for goalkeeper coaches and their technical staff. It allows you to manage trainings, goalkeeper evaluations, statistics, matches, drills and communications with enrolled goalkeepers.

The Service is reserved for sports professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.

3. Account and responsibility

To access the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential.
• All activities carried out through your account.
• Promptly reporting any unauthorised access.
• Providing truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Upload illegal, defamatory or obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software.
• Deliberately overload the technical infrastructure.

5. Goalkeepers' data

As a coach entering data about your own goalkeepers, you are the "data controller" of that data under the GDPR. GKSeason acts as "data processor" on your behalf. You agree to:

• Have a legitimate legal basis for processing goalkeepers' data (e.g. consent, contract).
• Inform goalkeepers about the processing of their data before entering it into the platform.
• Not enter sensitive data that is not necessary for the sporting activity.

6. Plans and payments

GKSeason offers a free base plan and paid plans with advanced features. Prices are shown in the dedicated section of the platform. Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your personal area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design and original content of GKSeason are the exclusive property of the owner. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service.

The content you upload (photos, texts, drills) remains your property. You grant GKSeason a licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

GKSeason is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Suspension and cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, with prior email notice except in cases of serious or urgent breach.

You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Data will be deleted within 30 days of the request, subject to retention obligations required by law.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Service owner, applicable law and jurisdiction

The Service is operated by Coianiz Cristian, based in Via Salgaroni 18, Montecchio Precalcino (VI), Italy, Tax Code CNZCST76T22Z133X.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Vicenza has exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision of law applicable to consumers provides otherwise.
